We supply both new and used vehicles. Each listing clearly shows whether the vehicle is
new or used, along with key details such as year, mileage and condition. Technical
specifications and photos are provided for guidance and may change; only details expressly
confirmed in the invoice or sales agreement are contractually binding. We do not guarantee
that vehicles will meet the regulations, fuel standards or other local requirements of every
country, and the buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance in the final country of use. For
details regarding a specific vehicle, email us on info@carsdirectafrica.com or contact us via
WhatsApp on +971507861186 for more information. Full contact details are listed on our

Our core focus is Tanzania, with deliveries through Dar es Salaam. We also supply
vehicles to other African countries via major ports and overland routes, using international
Incoterms for shipping. If your country is not listed on the website, contact us to confirm
options via email on info@carsdirectafrica.com or via WhatsApp on +971507861186 for

Unless clearly stated otherwise, our quoted price usually covers the vehicle and
export/shipping to the agreed port, based on the Incoterms shown in your quotation or invoice

(for example FOB, C&F or CIF). Local import duties, taxes, clearance charges, registration
and insurance in your country are normally not included and are paid separately by you to
your clearing agent or authorities. Any additional costs arising from changes in import
conditions, duties, or taxes in your country are also the buyer’s responsibility. For a
breakdown of what is included for a specific vehicle, email us on info@carsdirectafrica.com
or contact us via WhatsApp on +971507861186 for more information. Full contact details are
listed on our Contact page.

Customs duties, port charges and registration are normally handled by the buyer and their
chosen agent, and we provide all required export and shipping documents so your agent can
clear your vehicles smoothly. All duties, taxes and local regulatory requirements in the final
country of delivery remain the full responsibility of the buyer, as stated in our Terms and
Conditions. We can, however, handle your clearance and registration requirements upon
request through our trusted partners (at an additional cost). If you have any questions about
documents, email us on info@carsdirectafrica.com or contact us via WhatsApp on
+971507861186 for more information. Full contact details are listed on our Contact page.

Delivery time depends on the vehicle location, shipping schedule and destination port. We
will share an estimated arrival window and updates from the shipping line directly with the
client. Our Terms and Conditions allow for a tolerance of up to 45 days beyond the expected
delivery date, and delays do not give the buyer the right to cancel the order, withhold
payments or claim damages, especially in cases of force majeure (such as port congestion,
strikes or natural events). For current lead times on a specific vehicle, email us on
info@carsdirectafrica.com or contact us via WhatsApp on +971507861186 for more
information. Full contact details are listed on our Contact page.

You will receive the export and shipping documents needed for clearance, such as the
commercial invoice, export certificate or registration documents, and bill of lading (or
equivalent). These are sufficient for your clearing agent to process customs clearance in the
destination country. Technical brochures and other descriptive documents are for information
only and are only binding if specifically referenced in your contract. If you need clarification,
email us on info@carsdirectafrica.com or contact us via WhatsApp on +971507861186 for
more information. Full contact details are listed on our Contact page.

We mainly accept bank transfers to our company accounts. Full payment is required
before dispatch of any vehicle, and proof of remittance (such as a transfer slip or SWIFT
copy) must be provided so we can track your funds and reserve the vehicle. All bank,
remittance and exchange charges are paid by the buyer, and exchange rates must be
confirmed with us in advance. To discuss payment options, email us on
info@carsdirectafrica.com or contact us via WhatsApp on +971507861186 for more
information. Full contact details are listed on our Contact page.
